B2B Task & Project Management SaaS · 2025
Overview
Product design for timall — a B2B SaaS workspace where small and mid-sized teams run every task, file, calendar event and conversation from one place. The deliverable spans the full UX/UI case: discovery, competitive benchmarking, user flow, wireframes, a polished style guide, and a final UI with Kanban, Calendar, File Manager and Mind Map views.
Most project-management tools for SMBs sit on two extremes — either too complex (ClickUp-style everything-apps that overwhelm a 6-person team) or too thin (a glorified to-do list with no real structure). timall needed a workspace that felt as simple as the lightweight tools at first-use, but scaled to the structure a real B2B team needs once they grew past a single project.
We led with a tactical competitive teardown — ClickUp, Hubstaff and the rest — to map out exactly what timall would NOT do. From there: a single user flow from landing → onboarding → dashboard, wireframes that validated every core action before a single pixel of UI, then a calm purple-and-cream style system built on Poppins. The final product ships four interchangeable views (Kanban, Calendar, File Manager, Mind Map) that all read from the same task model.
A fully shipped SaaS workspace where the same project can be viewed as a board, a calendar, a file system or a mind map without ever leaving the page. The full case study reads end-to-end in the scrollable hero — from the problem statement to the final UI — so a prospect lands and understands the whole journey before they ask for a demo.
