Lubab Al-Iemar

Lubab Al-Iemar — a Saudi real-estate developer we built a brand and a full social presence for, from zero.

Before & after

Lubab Al-Iemar

Overview

Overview

Lubab Al-Iemar is a Saudi contracting & real-estate development firm in Jeddah, building luxury residential units. They came to us at 180 followers with a flat feed — we delivered a full rebrand: a new mark with an architectural language, a navy / bronze palette pulled from the buildings, a visual system that works across posts, stories, and on-site collateral. Their account is now a visual reference for development-grade real estate in Saudi Arabia.

The challenge

Saudi real estate is crowded and every developer uses the same clichés (buildings, plots, recycled copy). Lubab needed an identity that felt like a firm that understands architecture — not a broker selling apartments.

Our approach

An identity that respects architecture: a 'ل' letter fused with a tower, a deep navy + warm bronze palette that says 'premium units, west Riyadh', actual architectural photography for the projects, and a weekly cadence that mixes unit showcases with real-estate education. The account reads like a luxury showroom, not a unit ad.

The outcome

From 180 to 8.4K followers in 6 months, 1.2M+ reach, 12 unit-viewing requests sourced directly from social, and pre-completion reservations starting before buildings were done.

Section 01Strategy

  1. 01

    An identity that respects architecture

A 'ل' letterform fused with a tower, a navy/bronze palette with a 'luxury units' feel. Every piece of content says 'a firm that understands architecture' before you read the brand name.

  2. 02

    Real project photography

Instead of stock, we used actual architectural photography of Lubab's projects — one angle and lighting standard across every project so the brand stays consistent.

  3. 03

    An education + sales cadence

Two days of project showcase + one day of real-estate-development education. The audience learns from them before they buy — so the firm earns trust by the time they're ready to decide.

In their words

We were 180 followers and big ambitions. This team turned our name into a brand. People started requesting units before the buildings were even done.
