Overview

Fun Mind is the personal brand of Eng. Ahmed Anter — a Math and English tutor for Egyptian high-school students (Prep through Senior 3). When we started, his classes were full but his online presence was nonexistent. We built him a complete digital studio: brand, website with a student portal, a full social media pipeline, and a YouTube channel that scaled to over a million students watching every month.

The challenge

Phenomenal in the classroom, invisible online. Anter's reputation was built on word-of-mouth — but the next generation of students looks for tutors on YouTube and Instagram first. He needed a full digital identity (logo, voice, website, content engine) without losing the human edge that made his teaching work.

Our approach

We built the Fun Mind brand from scratch — the mascot logo, the navy + yellow palette, the playful-but-serious tone. Then layered on a content factory: weekly Reels with sharp hooks, themed YouTube series for each grade, exam-prep specials, and a website where students can stream every lesson. Every touchpoint says 'this is fun, AND this is serious teaching'.

The outcome

1.2M subscribers, 45M+ views, a Reels engine averaging 14% engagement, and a website that became the go-to destination for Anter's students. Bookings for live classes overflowed for two consecutive years.
