Mr. Mahmoud Ragheb — an Arabic-language teacher who turned his classes into the ‘طريق آخره نور’ brand, and a 3.8M student community learning and reflecting with him.
Before & after

Overview
Mr. Mahmoud Ragheb is an Arabic-language teacher specialising in grammar, rhetoric, and classical literature. His in-person classes were packed but his digital presence was almost nothing. We built him a complete visual identity: a hand-drawn Arabic mark in the spirit of ‘طريق آخره نور’, a home studio with a library backdrop and cinematic lighting, a weekly reels engine breaking down literary figures and tricky grammar in plain language, and a full website (ragheb-arabic.com) housing the full syllabus. We took his classroom from 200K followers to 3.8M students.
Arabic-language content on social is stuck between dry academia and shallow entertainment. We needed a middle path: a lesson serious enough to honour the subject, but hookable enough to win the cold scroll. The thumbnails and typography had to read like a respected teacher's classroom, not a ‘content creator's’ page.
A warm visual identity: dark teal backdrops, crimson highlights, a hand-painted Arabic mark in the spirit of old manuscripts. A bookshelf-anchored set so every frame says ‘a teacher who understands the language lives here’. Short reels around literary figures and tough grammar with strong hooks, long-form YouTube for deep lessons, and a website that ties it together with a sign-up funnel for online courses and lessons.
3.8M followers across platforms, 120M+ reel views, ragheb-arabic.com became the go-to reference for Arabic-language students, and long-form YouTube episodes hit 70%+ retention — rare numbers for educational content.

Content playbook
The strategy behind every post — pillars, tone, and a real content calendar lifted from our internal planning docs.
A hand-drawn Arabic mark for the brand (‘طريق آخره نور’ / ‘Mahmoud Ragheb’), a palette pulled from old manuscripts (teal, crimson, cream, warm wood). Every design says ‘a teacher who respects the language’ before you read a word.
Four recurring angles: literary figures (Gibran, Taha Hussein, Al-Manfaluti), seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid), poetry & grammar walk-throughs, and free-form reflection. Students come back because today's lesson lives in a corner they already know.
60-second reels with crafted narrative beats around each figure or rule — for discovery. Long-form YouTube for those who want a deeper grasp. The same IP gets reused in both directions.
ragheb-arabic.com became the digital classroom that holds everything — lessons, syllabus walk-throughs, articles, and an entry point to paid courses and live sessions. A social follower converts into an enrolled student once they return to the site.

In their words
They built a brand around my classroom, not just a page. A student who finds me on Instagram comes back to me on YouTube and on my site with the same feeling. That's what turned a teacher into a name in Arabic education.
