Overview

Wave4Pet is a Saudi pet-care brand and app: food, toys, vet, same-day delivery — all in one place. We built it from zero: a complete visual identity (mark, palette, typography), a launch campaign across out-of-home boards and social, a launch film, and 300+ designs delivered on a weekly cadence. The launch reached 8M people in the first 3 months.

The challenge

Pet-care in the Gulf is a crowded market of generic shops — everyone selling the same things with the same feel. Wave4Pet had to stand out instantly: a brand that feels ‘made for pet people’, not a random retailer. And the campaign had to carry the same energy in Arabic and English.

Our approach

A simple, warm visual identity: a distinct Wave Blue, a ‘W’ mark fused with a pawprint, an Arabic/English type pairing that feels considered but playful. A launch campaign with three story beats (treatment + shopping + delivery) carrying the same characters across both Arabic and English boards. 300+ posts on a steady cadence built recognisable consistency.

The outcome

8M+ launch reach in 90 days, 240K followers, Wave4Pet ranked top 10 in the Saudi App Store Lifestyle category, and 12 sub-campaigns shipped in year one.

    An identity that feels for pet people

    We chose a friendly blue (not corporate cold), a ‘W’ mark with a wave-and-paw feel and a sense of motion, and a bilingual type pairing with warmth. Every piece says ‘a pet person made this’ before you see the brand name.

    A single launch story

    ‘Every pet need in one app’ — one visual story across 8 boards (4 Arabic + 4 English), all featuring the same characters (dog, cat, vet) so recognition compounds.

  3. 03

    A weekly social cadence

    300+ designs in year one across three lanes: products, care tips, and offers. The cadence built the authority — not a single launch moment.
