Dr. El Saeed Abaas is a consultant physician trusted offline for decades — but online he barely existed. We built him a formal-yet-warm visual identity, a Reels engine that talks straight to the patient, and carousels that simplify real cases. We translated his clinical authority into a social brand new patients now ask for by name.
The challenge
Older audiences trust him offline; younger patients didn't know he existed. We needed a bridge between generations that preserved his gravitas while reaching someone new every day — without the doctor having to learn platforms or spend hours on camera.
Our approach
Short talking-head reels grounded in real cases seen in the clinic. A formal-but-warm visual identity — a teal/navy palette, refined typography, a precisely-carved mark. One monthly shoot day covers the whole month, with a writer turning the doctor's clinical notes into scripts in his own voice.
The outcome
Consultation requests grew 8×, Instagram following grew 22×, and DMs from younger patients now lead his pipeline. Cases convert from comment to visit in under 72 hours.

We took the doctor's clinical expertise and turned it into simple content angles: common cases, medical myths, preventative tips. Instead of academic delivery, we explain in patient language.
